Within 24–48 hours you get price, condition, availability, lead time and delivery cost for every line.

Secure the Stock
You pay a deposit, and we reserve or purchase the hardware for your order.

Inspection & Testing
We inspect and test the actual units and send you photos, serial numbers and test reports.

Approve & Pay the Balance
Once you approve the inspection report, you pay the balance. If a unit fails inspection, we replace it before shipping.

Packing & Delivery
We pack for transport and ship insured, door-to-door, with tracking and full export documents.
Quality Control
We are on the ground in Hong Kong, so we see and test the hardware ourselves before it leaves.
Photos of the Actual Units
Labels, serial numbers, condition and packaging — of the exact items you will receive.
Drive Health Reports
SMART data, power-on hours, wear level and error counts for every SSD and HDD.
Firmware & Compatibility
Firmware versions recorded and checked against your platform.
Power-On & Load Tests
Boards, memory, controllers and complete servers are powered on and tested before packing.
Test a Sample First
For larger orders or new suppliers, we can buy a single test unit first, run it through quality control and share the results with you — before the bulk purchase is made.
Packed for Transport
Anti-static bags, foam inserts and double boxing for components. Palletised and strapped for servers and shelves.
